Consciously Uncoupling

I have been on a long and winding path of navigating a separation/divorce with my partner of 18 years. He moved out one week ago today... This is a huge, monumental and life changing shift for our family. I am feeling the full spectrum of emotions about it all... so grateful and so full of anticipation! Equqlly terrified AND joyous... questioning and yet so very SURE in the depth of my soul that this is right and true... This was 100% a conscious, loving uncoupling and I am so very grateful for our shared teamwork and willingness to show up for our family and eachother in spite of the pain/ struggle... While on a long therapeutic walk this week, I felt like recording these simple musings and reflections of the now. I know this is somewhat vague and isn't the full story.. maybe that will come later. Today I'm sharing this as much for myself as I am for you.🙏 May the golden nuggets meant for you, find you.
