ConsortiumTuner is an application designed to help people rapidly prototype full ecosystems of bacteria for microbial fuel cells. It rapidly simulates ODEs of the related circuits, chemical species, and molecules in order to help testers understand what circuit combinations would be good to test. It is meant to be highly accessible and easy to adjust.
