SensorSynth is a computational framework designed to assist researchers in selecting optimal genetic circuit architectures and host organisms for biosensor design. The system integrates compatibility scoring, ODE-based simulation with uncertainty, and multi-objective optimization to evaluate and rank circuit–chassis combinations. By transforming biosensor design from a trial-and-error process into a predictive and explainable workflow, SensorSynth enables more informed and efficient decision-making in synthetic biology.
