Construction Management Foundations & Digital Tools

In this course, students will identify the essential computer operations, collaborative communication practices, and document control tools used in construction management environments. They will examine spreadsheet applications and core construction management concepts that support cost, schedule, risk, quality, and contract tracking. Students will also apply document control procedures and Excel based trackers to support integrated project coordination and decision making workflows.
