Continuous extrusion machine

Continuous extrusion machine offers several advantages: (1) It uses continuously cast and rolled wire rod as raw material, ensuring convenient supply, eliminating extrusion residue, and achieving high material utilization (generally up to 95%) with good uniformity of micro-structure and properties. (2) Continuous extrusion utilizes the heat generated by friction for heating, eliminating the need for conventional heating and thus saving energy. (3) It involves fewer processes, resulting in higher production efficiency and a higher product yield. For example, in pipe processing, this process omits more than 15 steps compared to conventional methods, achieving a yield of over 90%, while conventional methods only yield around 50% for similar pipes. Therefore, continuous extrusion shortens the process flow and production cycle, thereby reducing costs and enhancing product competitiveness.
