Bake at 425 f. until golden (17-20 minutes)
Ingredients:
¾ cup cornmeal
¾ cup AP flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons oil
¾ cup milk
2 tablespoons butter in skillet
