This video highlights the technical review and upgrade of the Correctional Information Management System (CIMS) — a project I’m deeply proud to have championed. As an innovator within the Nigeria Correctional Service, I took the initiative to contribute ideas, advocate for modernization, and actively pursue funding and sponsorship to ensure this upgrade became a success. Seeing the evolution of CIMS reminds me why innovation and persistence matter — real progress happens when vision meets determination.
