I felt some discomfort in my lower back. Possibly the QL (Quadratus Lumborum) or Lats (Latissimus Dorsi). So, I decided to record my assessments to share with you.
Sometimes, sore areas are caused by other muscles being overactive/tight.
In this case, it was due to overactive Psoas and Rectus Femoris, both of them are hip flexors, and they were causing an anterior pelvic tilt and an excessive forward lean.
