Have you ever seen an estimate where the RCV column had a word rather than the pricing, i.e. REVISED or CODE UPGRADE?
That means the estimator is using what's called a Pricing Note in Xactimate on the line item to zero out the pricing, yet retain the quantity and description of the item.
In this video, I show how to add a Pricing Note so that you may match an adjuster's estimate, or show a line item that is incorrect or added as PWI/Code Upgrade.
