Power Hour Yoga | Creative Full-Body Flow with Balance & Inversions
This energizing 60-minute Power Hour yoga class blends strength, balance, and play in a dynamic, creative sequence. We start with a strong warm-up flow to wake up the body, then move into a long, continuous floor flow that we repeat twice to build confidence and rhythm. We follow this with a mini closing sequence at the end that we also repeat twice. Expect plenty of standing balance work, optional moments to play with handstands, headstands and jump throughs at the end.
This class is designed to challenge your focus and coordination while encouraging creative movement and exploration. Whether you’re building toward inversions or refining your balance, you’ll find space to grow and have fun.
