Critical lift-off failure
This project was created in the context of the Houdini lessons at the EMC Malakoff school, ever since I saw Oppenheimer last summer, I've wanted to create a nuke simulation in Houdini, and here it is! The whole simulation was made in Houdini using the wonderful Axiom solver, it was a blast ( lol ) to learn it and I can't wait to make new projects with this amazing tech. Rendered with Redshift, still have some stuff to learn since I couldn't get the scaterred instances ( rocks, plants, etc ) to work properly during render Rocket model made in Blender and textured in Painter Compositing done in Nuke ( that's appropriate ) Sound design done in premiere with Adobe Audition I'm already aware of the following problems but had to move on : Sim resolution too low in some places Boring set The simulation is a bit basic and could use some additional details
