Crossed Legged Shift
Cross Legged Shift exercise, narrated by Brian from Soulful Fitness Roller Skate Training. Mike, Janna & Steven drilling the Cross legged Shift with a front wheel pivot focus. One skate swirls in front of the other one, followed by a full outward rotation in the hip, thus creating momentum for a 180 turn. The toes of the front skate are pointed downwards, as the other skate has all four wheels on the floor, while turning.
