Transposed conductors (CTC) consist of a specific number of enameled rectangular wires, arranged into two rows with their wide sides touching. The enameled wires are then transposed along their narrow sides, rotating in the same direction, above and below the rows. The transposed wire cores are then tightly wrapped with multiple layers of heat-resistant insulating paper tape. These products are available in temperature grades B, C, F, and H, with production quantities ranging from 5 to 87 wires. They are primarily used in transformer windings.
