The scope of work includes the conversion of an empty warehouse into a live data center. Providing power, cooling, and structural support. Additionally, new HVAC, fan walls, a chiller plant, and pump house will be included. New roof top units, electrical equipment, switchgears, UPS, PDUs, transformers, batteries, and generators will be installed via a phased approach.
