Welcome to My May 2025 Workout Series. May Vacation used for some serious muscle gains 😉😁 Here's the Workout Schedule for Day-05 WARM-UP (05Mins) It includes all joint warmups starting from Shoulder joint, wrists, elbow, waist, hips, knees and ankle EXERCISES (50Mins) LEGS: QUADS, CALVES & HAMSTRINGS (1) Body Squats: 15, 13, 12, 10 total 50 reps (2) Barbell Squats: 4sets of increasing weights (last set of 50% body weight) (3) Standing Calf Rises: 50reps total (4) Sitting Dumbbell Calf Presses: 12.5kg db - 10 reps 15kg db - 10 reps (5) The Leg Press Machine 4sets of increasing weights (First set from 50% body weight) (6) Stiff Legged Dead Lifts 10kg - 12 reps 15kg - 10 reps (7) Spot Lunge Moves / Spot Lunges 2sets of 5-10 reps STRETCHING (05Mins) Full stretching of chest and tricep muscles. 10second hold for each stretching pose.
