There was talk of the next song event in my friend group being about mental health songs. I already had this, so it seemed like the best time to upload. It is about depression mostly, but my personal experience with it. everyone's experience is different. mine normally hits me with a wave once it twice a month, lasting anywhere from 1-4 days.
