As element leader you can initiate this turn with no verbal command if you brief it as follows: Use the zipper to draw wingmans attention and then start turning into him like a normal 90 degree delay turn (MIL pwr, sustain Gz, level turn). The wingman sees the turn and realizes that it's not a belly flash since you keep turning. This is his clue to understand that you are turning into him, so he acknowledges the turn by flashing his belly (checking away 10-30 degrees). Then he only needs to wait until he sees your engine intake/s, where he then starts his turn to the other side.
