The project scope includes milling and full depth removal of existing concrete and asphalt concrete pavement with new steel outriggers for the exterior walls with a reframed insulated and stucco treatment within a newly constructed closed location. A new exterior staircase and doorway with gate level infill of the CMU wall will be constructed with the installation of a new generator and electoral room.
