Digestive Biscuits are such a popular biscuit/cookie in the UK. A wonderfully crisp and crunch texture is complemented by a great flavour. The biscuits are ideal with tea, or coffee. Often they are dunked. I particularly like this version, which uses butter instead of the palm oil used in store bought versions.
