These are a couple adders I made using the online simulator, to demonstrate that an entirely Spintronic binary computer is more than possible.
I made basic logic gates and rectifiers, then lashed together several into a half adder, then a Ripple Carry Adder, and then a complete 2-bit adder circuit with 2-bit inputs and a 3 bit output.

Turn your speakers down because it makes noise depending on the RPM of the supply motor, depending on how many gates are open.
