I looked at an empty wrapping paper tube and got an idea to make something with it so I grabbed a ruler a pencil and a pair of scissors
I placed the ruler on the empty wrapping paper tube used the pencil to put a mark on it and cut it with the scissors to make a cuff then I made another one and in the video I made a third one I'll decorate them with what I have on hand
