These lyrics were written after 9-11 while the US was preparing to invade Iraq. There are only two new lines at the very end, which shows how very little has changed in the last 20 years. Like the war on Iraq, this new war on Iran is based on lies, fabrications, and disinformation, and is entirely unjustified under international law. The lyrics are mine, but reluctantly used AI to create the music since I can't play or sing right now. If I had a band, I would call it the Middle Aged Poets Militia (MAPM).
