This map is divided in two main areas, where you can get the red and yellow keys respectively. These are required to exit the map and having possession of them apparently triggers the crusher that kills the cyverdemon at the start.
There is also a blue key whose only use is a secret wall leading to the blue armor i think.
Maybe i could have gotten under minutes with better execution but i'm a bit tired of grinding this map for now.
