We traced this drain, running under the entire length of the house, which was excavated and built an entire floor below ground level. They slapped the drain under the house and saved a fortune on excavation.
The problem is that the drain has no fall and there are 3 points of root infestation.

If it was just for the roots, relining would be a solution, but… the floor must be excavated to install a drain with a fall. That’s the only way.
