Can’t believe I got this on camera. The EJ&E drawbridge in Whiting was about to open up to river traffic when the span gets caught on the landing, lifting the deck off the girders! It should be noted that there are CCTV cameras aimed at the rail locks so the operator was aware. Still, mechanically painful!
