🚨 Extension 🔑
If you’re struggling with extension or pulling off the ball this is the drill for you.
This is a simple drill to make sure you are getting extension in the right direction. Set up an an object in front of you (L screen in the video) swing and throw your barrel in the direction you should be finishing and hold. Act as if you are “throwing” the bat up the middle and hold.
