Drive-in Magic Show

The first drive-in magic show in the world successfully took place on May 23, 2020. Julius Frack did his first illusion show in front of almost 100 cars. The enthusiasm was not to be missed when Julius said goodbye on the large live stage after 75 minutes and the spectators in the cars showed him their ovations in a horn concert, with hazard lights and flashing lights. The new, exciting experience of going to a show by car is there. The show took place on an open-air stage, the spectators had space in their cars on the area in front of it. The acts on stage were additionally displayed on two screens, the sound was transmitted via FM via the car radio. The idea for the first auto live magic show was born out of necessity. Due to the corona restrictions and the cancellation of all classic events, a new format had to be found in order to offer people live entertainment even in corona times. In a quick selection process, Gärtringen emerged as the venue for the first auto magic show. Inspired by the great success of the first edition, there is now a continuation of the successful format. Julius Frack: “I love giving people magic and miracles in everyday life, but it is not certain that we will be able to do so after the crisis. Like all artists, I am very badly affected by the crisis and we are currently losing all income. An entire industry is currently at the disposition. It is all the more important that we play formats that are an alternative to the classic event.
