Dub Shift
Dub Shift breakdown by Mariska. Narrated by Brian from Soulful Fitness Roller Skate Training. This is a little front wheel shift drill, to gradually move a shift into a turn and ultimately into a spin, if you desire to do so. Keeping in touch with the groove while you shift/turn/spin is just as important as what happens right afterwards. Isolated spin exercises will get you dizzy real fast and aren't as effective as extended riffs, where a shift/turn/spin is embedded as part of the sequence. And it's always more fun to keep your flow going, get deep into whatever kind of music you're dancing to and stay in the groove! Stay safe everyone and keep it funky.
