This full-body strength and conditioning class combines dumbbell HIIT with mobility work to help you build power and move better. You’ll go through two circuits of 4 exercises (45 seconds on, 15 seconds off), each repeated twice. We use a mix of matching dumbbells and a single heavier dumbbell—so have a few options ready to challenge yourself safely.
Short on time? You can stick to just the dumbbell HIIT section for an efficient 25-minute workout—or save the mobility flows for another day. It’s your workout, your pace.
