You'll start by extending your arm out, point your thumb straight up, extend your wrist back. Next, you'll keep your hand in that position and reach your arm back as far as you can while you rotate your head in the opposite direction. Repeat this step with the fingers straight back instead of the thumb up. You'll repeat these steps on both sides.
