A simple 20–30 minute practice focused on improving mobility, body awareness, breathing, and resilient movement patterns. These sessions help build better neuromuscular connection, increase usable range of motion, and create a stronger foundation for both movement and performance.
The goal is not extreme flexibility, but controlled movement, conscious breathing through the nose, and learning how to move better in all planes of motion.
