In earth element yoga flow, we will explore postures that root and steady us through the feet and legs. In this 40 minute hatha style yoga class, we will explore poses like humble warrior, side angle, lizard lunge, goddess and malasana squats to bring our center of gravity down into the hips and pelvis. Root and steady your energy with this earth element inspired flow. Earth is about the downward flow of energy. It asks us to lean on the strength and stability that’s found in a stone, a sheet of metal or your quad muscle. It’s structure - it’s the strength and stability of your physical form and your mind.
