6 cups oats (quick or whole)
1 cup flaked almonds
1/2 cup LSA
1 cup almond meal
Any seeds and nuts you have in particular packets in the cupboard.
Add to a bowl and stir in 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup of heated honey
Bake for 15 mins at 180 degrees Celsius.
Allow to cool and then add any dried fruit you like. (I like Sultanas) about 1/2 cup of sultanas.
Store in an airtight container.
I love to eat mine with a small splash of milk and a sliced banana.
It actually keeps me from being hangry until lunch time. 🤣😳
