Part of series of electrochromic chandeliers - each with an unreasonably bright light source in the middle encased by nested layers of addressable panels. The panel layout and programming work together so you never have a direct line of sight to the light source, but definitely get the impression something powerful is inside. The piece was vaguely inspired by Dyson spheres surrounding a star to capture its radiation energy.
