Error 2800

This error indicates that one or both of the auxiliary shutdown switches is in the off position. On the side of the generator the three light annunciator will show a red light. The controller will also be set to off and display the following message Stopped Alarm error code 2800. One switch is located on the back of the generator, and generators rated to 15kW and greater will have a second shutdown switch inside the generator housing on the firewall panel. These switches are intentionally made, easily accessible, and are to be used by fire department personnel in the event of an emergency.
