Anxiety comes to people in many forms and frequencies. While mindfulness is not a clinical treatment for anxiety, it does offer practices aimed at relieving or preventing anxiety.
Spend the week after Session 8 deeply examining the root causes of anxiety in your life and building up any needed strategies to alleviate the physical or emotional effects of anxiety.
