Cell formulae for graphing the one-dimensional particle in a box wavefunctions and probability densities in Microsoft Excel are demonstrated. Instructions for visualizing the orthogonality of eigenfunctions with different eigenvalues are also provided.
NOTE: I accidentally omitted two (2) cell entries. In Cell B1, type: 'L. In Cell B2, type any positive number. This is the box length L, which is necessary for the normalization constant.
