Earlier my entire focus used to be on execution.
Getting things done, moving fast, staying involved in every detail.
But off late, my thinking has started changing.
Now I think more in terms of:
capital allocation,
resource allocation,
and people allocation.
Less about doing everything myself…
more about where to deploy time, energy, and focus.
I think this shift happens once you get enough exposure and start seeing the bigger picture.
This is just a raw thought on that transition from micro execution to macro thinking.
This is First Principles !!
