Exercise Tutorial: Technogym Chest Press Machine
Set up the handles/seat height to start the movement with your hands at chest-height. Hold the handles with your palm facing down. Bring the handles toward you under control and push back to straighten your arms. Keep your back neutral and prevent arching by activating your abdominals.
