A little workshop project for a change. Using simple and easy to obtain bits and pieces I will show you how I made an exhaust collector ring for a Saito radial engine. I used the smallest Saito as this would be the most difficult project in order to be sure for myself that you would not have unforeseen problems. As you can see, the project was very successful and the larger engines would be considerably easier.
I don't see why this method cannot be used for any radial engine if you are so inclined.
Good project for a bit of workshop time.
