This is a quick test render of the F-1 rocket engine that powered the Saturn V rocket that first carried men to the moon. This was to test the look of the exhaust texturing, glow, and speed for my animation of the launch of a full Saturn V stack. I am pleased with the results, but may tweak the color of the exhaust before the glow to make it darker and closer to the look of the actual exhaust of the F-1 engine.
The model of the engine and its texturing is entirely my own creation.
