Face to Face

Face to Face is a meditation on truth, longing, and the deep ache that forms when love is left unspoken. The early verses hold the tension of a heart offered openly while the other remains hidden behind pride and rumour. The butterfly‑against‑the‑glass becomes the central metaphor — beauty observed but never embraced, and the heart ultimately takes wing precisely because it cannot survive in a web of uncertainty, silence, and unspoken expectations. Yet the lyric does not end in loss. It rises into revelation: the Light longed for steps forward when human love falters, the veil lifts, and the heart discovers it was claimed by Love long before it knew how to receive or even recognize it.
