Brandon Stanton is a photographer. He believes that every individual has a story. In 2010, he started approaching New Yorkers to take their photographs. He also asked them questions. So, people began sharing their stories. Brandon posted the photographs online. He posted the people's stories, too. At first, no one noticed. But Brandon persisted. He kept posting photographs. As a result, he started getting a few new fans each day. Then, the page took off! Today, millions of people follow Brandon's posts. In 2015, Brandon photographed a boy who revealed that he admired his school principal. Afterward, Brandon went to the school to meet her. He learned that she wanted her students to visit colleges. He agreed that the principal was special. Therefore, he started a fundraising campaign to help her. The White House heard about the principal and her students. They were invited to meet President Obama and the president told them the story of his life!
