The Enterprise Edition of FastKeys is specifically designed for larger organizations or teams (say, 15 users or more). It includes all the standard features, plus some advanced options that are essential for bigger companies and their corporate policies.
FastKeys Enterprise comes with an open license so there's no need for end users to enter any license information. A flexible multiple license allows for simple deployment across the organization with no keys required. Even silent installation is available.
One of the most important features in the Enterprise Edition is the added Corporate Policy Manager. This allows corporate admins to fully customize and control FastKeys usage. Any of the many settings in the software can be pre-set or restricted according to your corporate policy. For example, you can lock or restrict settings like auto-updates, program appearance, default folders, and more. End users won’t be able to change them. You could even disable entire modules or specific user interface elements if that’s required.
A centrally defined shared settings library allows for auto-loading of the company’s shared settings—like Text Expanders, Shortcuts, Menus, etc.—which can also be locked from editing.
