Fender Week this week.
Tonight I pulled out the Strat… and I’ll be honest… it felt like trying to tame a dragon.
I’ve got heavy strings on this thing, so every note makes you earn it. No shortcuts. No hiding.
The song is 50 Years — one I haven’t played in a while. A bit rusty… a bit raw… but maybe that’s exactly how it’s meant to be.
Some nights feel like playing.
Some nights feel like battle.
