I don't think this really came from a place of practice, but just me genuinely learning how to compete better. My particular hangup is developing migraines, which, go figure, puts me at a disadvantage while competing. I've been spending time figuring out how to put myself back on a level playing field without violating the WCA Regs. This was the first time I've sustained through an average at a close-to-normal performance with a real bad migraine. So thus, we celebrate my slow ass.
