Modifying a hardened splined gear for one of the Kiddo's at work. Well a friend of one anyway. This particular car head is installing a new Orion 4:1 transfer case in his Toyota FJ40 landcruiser in order to lower overall crawl ratio from 79:1 to 149:1 Vehicle specs.
