Welcome to Part 1 of our Order Picking Process Simulation Exercise in FlexSim.
In this video, we’ll start building one of the most common and essential warehouse operations: the Order Picking Process.
This session is perfect for beginners and intermediate learners who want to get hands-on practice with FlexSim. We’ll walk step by step through setting up the warehouse environment and preparing the foundation for logic building in the next part.

• Setting up the warehouse layout
• Creating and configuring racks, queues, and sources
• Generating orders and items for the picking process
• Understanding parameters and threshold levels for replenishment
• Preparing for advanced logic building (coming in Part 2)
