The yoga practice endeavors to assist us in finding freedom from our tight spots – whether it be physical, mental, or spiritual –and either way you slice it, it’s freedom from our own selves. It is inner work. And it takes practice.
This is a full body practice with extra attention on the head, neck, and shoulders. You will feel a release from unnecessary tension, an increase in energy, and a relief from the small self. A practice like this translates to a kinder, more gentle care of self and others.
