Frozen Cheesecake Pie
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs, separated
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 pint heavy whipping cream
2 graham cracker crusts
Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Mix in egg yolks and vanilla. Set aside.
Beat 4 egg whites until really stiff. Set aside.
Beat whipping cream until stiff.
Fold beaten egg whites and whipping cream into cheese mixture. Pour into two crusts and freeze. Serve frozen.
